About Michelle
Multi-colored through the various fields of real estate including brokerage, development, leasing, and investment, Michelle Abramov comes with a wide background of knowledge in the realm of commercial real estate. Tasked as Managing Principal at the Queens based Investment Sales and Leasing Firm, AssetCRG, she is responsible for analyzing and guiding clientele in all steps from acquiring investments to the disposition of investments. Abramov specializes in representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail, office, community facility, and mixed-use development as well as stabilized retail, shopping center, NNN, and multifamily/mixed-use assets. Most transactions are completed through sourcing quiet off-market opportunities and creatively negotiating with qualified investors, who range from local private investors to international REITS, to transact on the deal. Having access and relationships with a broad spectrum of clients, both locally and internationally, with different needs enables a multitude of deal flow and negotiations amenity for AssetCRG’s clients. In addition to AssetCRG, Michelle is a Principal of the Queens based investment and development firm, RJ Capital Holdings. Her responsibilities include heading the leasing, investment, and disposition departments where she has handled over $300 million worth of transactions in acquisitions and leasing throughout NYC. These hands on investment and development skills bring a force of nature to AssetCRG when representing and analyzing investment opportunities with the AssetCRG Team. Michelle is a graduate of Queens College with a Political Science Degree and is currently obtaining her Masters in Real Estate Development at NYU.
