AssetCRG is currently has the following positions available:

  • Investment Sales Associate (entry level position with little to no experience)
  • Investment Sales Director (2-5 years of experience)
  • Senior Investment Sales Director (5+ years of experience)

AssetCRG will provide dedicated hands on training/mentoring program and support to grow your intellect in commercial real estate and enable you to become a savvy real estate salesperson/broker.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a client base by canvassing and conducting meetings with landowners and investors
  • Source and consummate investment properties
  • Structure and negotiate real estate transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to cultivate market expertise
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of real estate fundamentals on what the value drivers, trends, market values, and comparable sales are within the market of focus
  • Understand the company proprietary database to build and maintain relationships with investment property owners

Requirements:

  • MBA or undergraduate degree preferred
  • Demonstrate abilities in sales, negotiations, marketing and networking
  • Distinction in team-oriented activities
  • Previous experience in real estate sales is not a prerequisite but is preferred

•  Evaluate local markets, trends and demographics to identify best retail properties
•  Financial analysis for tenants and landlords
•  Customize strategies for multi-market expansion, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio reviews

Requirements:
•  MBA or undergraduate degree
•  Demonstrated abilities in sales/marketing
•  Excellence in sports or team-oriented activities

The knowledge acquired through our internship program enables young professionals to develop the necessary skills to thrive in commercial real estate, encouraging future success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a client base by canvassing and conducting meetings with landowners and tenants along with your strategic team members
  • Source strategic deals for sale and/or for lease
  • Collaborate with team members to cultivate market expertise
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of real estate fundamentals on what the value drivers, trends, market values, and comparable trends that are within the market of focus

  • Participate in weekly meetings and mentorship programs

We are seeking an administrative assistant to support a team of experienced commercial real estate leasing brokers.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and organized, work well independently and with all levels of staff, have strong attention to detail, and able to multi-task and take on responsibility within a fast-paced, challenging work environment. Working knowledge of Adobe In-Design & Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Excel along with excellent interpersonal, communication and client service skills is required.

Working Hours:  9 am to 6 pm

Varied responsibilities may include:

Working within a template to create marketing materials, brochures, flyers and proposals utilizing Adobe In-Design, Photoshop, Word, Excel

Create, send and track email blasts to marketing lists of brochures/flyers using ClickDimensions

Modifying photographs/images using Photoshop

Client follow-up for brokers

Maintaining database information such as business contacts, marketing lists, mailings using Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Providing day-to-day administrative support: preparing correspondence, filing, faxing, scanning.

Monitor ongoing transactions.

Requirements:
Minimum of five years administrative experience and advance proficiency in MS Word and Intermediate Excel.  Intermediate knowledge of Adobe In-Design and Photoshop.  Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and experience working in commercial real estate sales would be an asset.
